You Name It Monograms
Hello my name is Jennifer,
I was raised by seamstresses. My mom, grandmother and paternal great-aunts all sewed throughout their lives and, at times, even professionally. I, however, did not catch the bug until I was in my twenties and found I needed to pull out the hand-me-down sewing machine and make some gifts that I could not afford to purchase! I sewed on and off for our three kids until we moved from Arkansas to Wisconsin right at the beginning of winter. Because I hate cold weather (which lasts most of the year there), I resurrected my skills and started dabbling in the amazing world of machine embroidery. What started as a “little hobby” and way to personalize gifts and more practically identify burp cloths and blankets for our church, has now grown into a fun, creative outlet and in-home business. It’s been several years since we moved back to Arkansas, and our kids are now grown, but we claim several of our cousins’ kids and great nieces and nephews as our own and enjoy spoiling them with fun surprises created just for them. For every occasion, I love to give gifts that I have made with the recipient(s) in mind. I can create something for anyone: male, female, young or old! I never give a gift that I would not be proud to receive myself, nor will I sell a stitched item if I am not pleased with the outcome. So, when you purchase a product or have a product personalized by You Name It Monograms, you can be assured that you are getting quality! I choose to keep my business small to ensure quality products! I can start with a theme and colors and create a design to meet the customer’s need, or I can just add a monogram to personalize an item. Customers may provide their own products, or choose ones that I carry. You Name it...I stitch it!
